If I compare AMLANA SAFARIS with other safari companies which I have an experience (2 others) with, this is definitely the best.
Main reasons: Good and fast communication, Time responsibility and efficient at all times. We had a very successful trip to Masai Mara, Nakuru, Naivasha, Amboseli.
Special thanks is for guide and driver Mike. He's truly a professional guide and driver. He has a big knowledge about African nature and he can easily answer every question you have about the safari because it's also his hobby. For birdwatchers like me I definitely recommended to take this guide. He is also very responsible driver. We've seen many safari cars stuck in the mud because of big rain. Once he helped one car to pull out from the mud. Many times, we went through much more muddy roads and we didn't get stuck. He kept the car clean after every dirty driving.
I had the best safari with AMLANA SAFARIS and I would recommend to anyone visiting Kenya.

Even though it wasn’t the peak season, we were able to get great views of all the wonderful animals and scenery. It only rained at night and our guide (Clinton) worked very hard to navigate the wet roads and find the animals. He was truly wonderful, as was Godfrey, who took us from our hotel and back from the safari office (even making a few stops so we can get some shopping in). The accommodations at the camp were nice and the food and service was good also. Yes, you can spend thousands of dollars on something nicer, but we had normal beds in a large tent that was placed on a foundation (with a shower and toilet). Everything you need for a fraction of the price. I will definitely be recommending AMLANA SAFARIS to my co-workers and friends.

We used AMLANA SAFARIS company and would highly, highly recommend using them. Their staff (special thanks to Kelvin) you were incredible - - he put together multiple alternatives for us to consider, provided "local" insights/opinions as we were deciding between options, and they were very responsive to our every need. Most importantly, the guides we had were incredible in every locale - - they made the trip!! Every logistical aspect of the trip went off exactly as our travel agency said it would (and the itinerary was very informative/detailed).
Perhaps the best way to summarize how much we thought of this company and the experiences they coordinated for us is that upon returning from our trip, we have already contacted the team about returning to Kenya again next year....and there was absolutely no question that we are going to use to arrange everything for us again!!

We have travelled a lot around the globe and these 6 days tour in Kenya are difficult to beat.
Kelvin had made a 6 day full tour, where we had the opportunity to see the best of the country.
We are so glad that we opted to have a driver, instead of driving ourselves. We do not recommend that you drive by your own. You will miss so much of everything around you. Now we had a experienced driver, a good safari van and we learned something all the time we were on the road.
Our driver was Tom, whom we can highly recommend. He is fluent in English.
The itinerary was perfect and we had a chance to see the great Kilimanjaro very clearly and a lot more.
One thing I have to point out, AMLANA SAFARIS are so professional, they made sure they knew all our dietary plan and every camp we went, they were fully aware of our dietaries,

We travelled in 2 with AMLANA SAFARIS for a 7-day Safari. It was one of the best experiences of our life. We met a lot of great people. Organization is perfect. Hotels are nice. Especially the camping. The atmosphere at the camps is so cool. Everyone is like one big family, sharing the emotions in the evening during the dinner times. I would recommend to choose the 4x4 land cruiser.
Special thanks to our guide - driver Richard. Great person, always happy, big knowledge in flora and fauna of the parks. Excellent driver. Super helpful. I think we rescued 6 cars during Safari from the mud. Excellent spotter of animals and birds. Always fantastic playlist during the road trips. We left in tears that everything finished so fast.
While in Safari we saw all animals, as well big 5. It's was such a bless. Thank you very much for this incredible week. Richard we gonna miss every minute of our Safari and you truly did this week a lifetime experience!!

I hadn't Heard of this company before: however, they had good reviews so I decided to book with them. The communication and the booking was very straightforward and I always received prompt responses and the team was very efficient.
When it was time to be taken to the Safari I was put in a vehicle with six other people who were a great laugh the whole safari but what truly made this experience one of a lifetime was our driver and our guide, Solomon.
That guy was not only friendly, kind and courteous however he knew the Masai Mara as if it was his own house. He was able to drive us down roads that no one else would drive, get us in front of the animals first before other people and always giving us the prime position to take photos and videos or stop it also stopped when we needed to for either a toilet break or to stare at some baby animals. He told us everything about Kenya culture the history the traditions his own life and his own goals and after just one day we all felt he was part of our family. To enforce this even more was hearing from other travelers who had complete different experience where their drivers and guides weren't friendly and were very rigid about what they could do.
